At Bishop Tattoo Supply, we take pride in the quality of our professional equipment and offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, certain products like needles, inks, and used machines cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original Bishop packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Bishop

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our California warehouse; we recommend insuring your shipment for its full value.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items are in brand-new condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
